What happens when you make very bad decision, fall off the whole30 wagon, in one of the dumbest ways? You feel like shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Everything was going good, podcasted in the morning. Had a coffee with ghee and MCT oil, first meal was filet and quail egg salad at around 1:00. It was ridiculously good all around. I decided keto whole30 was too “hard” cause I’m an excuse waiting to happen. So I decided let’s “treat” myself and eat that keto brownie I was saving. That led to reintroducing Zevia and cheese, and oh yeah...cream cheese ball concoctions with cacao powder and erythritol. Bad, bad, bad move on so many levels. Just immediately felt like crap after 2 2oz balls. It's 9:30 and I still have a knot in my stomach.
It didn’t stop me from having one of the darn tastiest dinners period though. Filet, Asparagus, Mushrooms, Blue Cheese, smothered in hollandaise sauce made of ghee that didn't thicken great, but was so delicious nonetheless. Really though, the BS that I ate ruined that wonderful meal. I ate all that deliciousness in pain...which I deserved, because I’m dumb. No gym, 10k steps, 0.9 ketones after all the nonsense, gained 2lbs after the fast, up to 251.8. Silver lining...down 75lbs in less than six months, and this is what an extremely “bad” day looks like nowadays. I’ve come a long way from 8/26 of last year, but...damn do I have a long way to go!
