A little bit of a different video for you! A lot of people ask us how you get your puppy comfortable with the crate. We usually use this little exercise to introduce it. It combines the release command with an introduction to thresholds (the crate door), and prong pressure. Also demonstrated is the use of your body as a tool as well, ALOT of people forget that their body is also a communication tool- probably the most important one! Get comfortable with always moving your body around based on what your dog is telling you it needs. Prong pressure alone wasn't enough for Sunny to get the concept of not coming out of the crate just because the door is open so Kori also added in the use of her body. Setting boundaries and clear communication is how your dog handles things.
