Got legs? Loving my training at the moment and varying it up weekly, sometimes it’s a matter of training smarter not harder 😉 . First time doing these sled/prowler drags so my form isn’t perfect but you get the idea, we actually needed more bands aswell lol . Currently sitting at 123kg (270lbs), eating 4000cals a day and supplement free, had bloods taken on Thursday so just waiting to see how healthy I am then I will really look to put some weight back on 💪
