I’m *super* trap dominant so I really have to focus on pulling movements or else I turn into a trap queen and none of my other musckles get to do any work 🤦🏻‍♀️🙄

Went back to @xercise4less today to do a bit of training with my friend @paige.mcconville. Trying to get her out of the women’s only room and into the big gym 😂 showed her some basic compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, glute bridges.
