Bench Press in combination with deadlift. . . A good way to build chest is the flat bench press which is a compound movement which should be apart of your program for muscle building . Deadlifts are also compound exercises which incorporates a lot of muscle groups so it can be considered a full body exercise. . . Recommended at least 1-2 times per week for effective growth

It’s over 75 degrees here today! 🥰 ☀️ But, my stomach is aaaaaangry. I have a sensitive stomach & I’ve cut out a lot of foods (“healthy”+ “unhealthy”) that trigger my symptoms. Day 1 is done! Quite proud of myself for making it through with my #bulletproofcoffee lemon ginger water, a tbsp of avocado and a cup of bone broth. I was really surprised how I wasn’t hungry all day, mentally there were a few thoughts of oh I should eat, or I can’t believe I’m not hungry. Finishing up with some lemon tea for the night. You may ask why are you fasting? Easy! It’s not for weight loss, although that’s a great bonus; it’s to rejuvenate the body starting with our gut. Did you know it only needs 36-72 hrs to start healing itself. Now isn’t that just cool!
