The idea of getting fit is to adopt a healthy lifestyle which can be sustained throughout the life,its easy to transform following a strict regimen to reach the goal and then let lose the motivation and go berserk losing all the gains.So it's better to follow the process which can be sustained throughout the life to reach your fitness goals✌. . . Even though there is not a vast difference in the looks,there is a hell lot of difference in how I feel now. 2017: ▶️Swimming almost daily with a short 20-30mins fullbody strengthening circuit training,Cycling as the daily nearby commute. ▶️Eating junk 2-3 times a week with not much control over my nutrition&sleep,I used to feel my body didn't recover well and was more susceptible to injuries.(nutrition has a key role in this). . 2019: ▶️More into strength training,Swimming or running+Cycling once a week,Cycling as the daily nearby commute.Added yoga and meditation too. ▶️Consciously reduced a lot of junk and crappy food from my diet,feeling great with the recovery and even the strength has been improved considerably. ▶️Even my endurance strength has been increased because of proper muscular recruitment that I leant doing strength training. . . 💡Doing only cardio is not the way to lose fat combine it with strength training and proper nutrition for optimum results with minimum injury risk✌. . . NO ONE IS BORN WITH A GOOD PHYSIQUE WE HAVE TO WORK FOR IT💪🔥. . CONSISTENCY IN TRAINING WITH PROPER NUTRITION IS THE ONLY KEY TO GAIN AND SUSTAIN THOSE IMPROVEMENTS THAT YOU WISH FOR💪👍 .
