Thursday baking: buckwheat and seed loaf, experimental tangzhong spelt loaf & buns (lunch for an upcoming toad trip) and a teeny muffin experiment using up half a frozen banana that had been languishing in my freezer for too long... Tangzhoung is a cooked flour and water paste that helps loaves rise while staying tender. I haven’t eaten this yet so I’m not sure how it went but my loaf certainly didn’t reach any lofty heights. I think that maybe I over proofed my dough, or perhaps tangzhong is only good for wheat bread 🤔. I think more research is required...

Avocado Love🥑 . Sharing delicious Avocado Ceviche recipe with you guys! It’s great on toast or chips🌱 . 📝 1 big avocado (2 small) 1 sweet pepper 1/4 medium sweet onion 1/3 bunch of cilantro lemon juice, salt, pepper 👩‍🍳 • Cut everything into small pieces and mix! Gently toss with lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. . That's it! Super easy! Extremely tasty!😋 . I used red pepper and purple onion to bring more colors!💚💛🧡❤️💜 But no matter the color, it will taste delicious! . #santosharecipes
