Deets: arugula, wild smoked salmon, avocado with hemp seeds, sautéed purple Brussels cooked in garlic ghee, cauliflower gnocchi sautéed in some ghee (from frozen) then baked on 450 for about 10 mins in the same pan to get it nice and crispy. This may be one of my favorite full days of eatings yet 🤩 it’s so colorful and a nice balance (for me) between whole foods and soul foods 😉🥁 so corny but so true . During this bulk, it’s tempting to just fill up on sugary, fun treats... but, I know I don’t FEEL my best that way 😖 and if I don’t feel good, life’s just harder. So, I’ve been enjoying adding more whole foods like fruits! 🍌🍊🍓 and I just tried out @imp@imp@@@@@imp@imp@imp@@rfectproduce - basically fruits & veggies delivered to you that are ‘imperfect’ but still good to eat. perfect ribs, incoming! Repost from @thebbqstandard using @RepostRegramApp - How to make perfect ribs every time! (Check our the juice at the end!) You asked, we delivered! Here’s our video on how to make perfect ribs, every time! 1. Grill set to 275F 2. Remove membrane from bone side of ribs 3. Lightly coat both sides with mustard or olive oil 4. Cover both sides with favorite rub 5. Place on grill bone side down and cook for 90 min. 6. On aluminum foil, place 4 Tbs of butter, 1Tbs honey, and 1/4c brown sugar. 7. Remove ribs after 90 min and place meat-side down on foil. 8. Wrap tight and place back on grill meat side down for 90 more min. 9. After 90 min, remove from heat. Cover with favorite bbq sauce and place back on smoker for the final 30 min 10.
