First time making #cau#cauliflowerpizza was a success🍕🤘🏼! This pizza was #vegetarian and #lec#lectinfree 👀. You can watch my story to see how it’s made or read the deets below! Ingredients: - 1 head of cauliflower - 1 egg🥚 - 3 tbsp of Parmesan cheese & some for topping🧀 - 3 oz. of feta cheese & some for topping - 1 tsp of oregano - 1 tsp of garlic powder - 1 tsp of salt & pepper - 1 tsp of basil 🌱 - 1 avocado🥑 - 2 tbsp of olive oil - 2 artichoke hearts - 8 olives - 1/3 c of onion - 3 mushrooms Instructions: - grate the cauliflower completely and place on a baking pan lined with parchment paper bake at 400 degrees for 10 min tossing cauliflower every 3 minutes. - place cauliflower into a kitchen towel and squeeze out excess liquid. Place cauliflower into a bowl with the egg, Parmesan and feta. Mix and add spices. - place cauliflower mixture on baking pan and flatten into a thin crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min. - meanwhile prep the veggies, set aside. In a small bowl, mash the avocado adding olive oil and any extra salt and pepper. - remove the crust from the oven and spread avocado sauce on and top with veggies and additional cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 7 minutes then enjoy !!! . . . Today is a wonderful day!
