For the Crêpes: - 1/2 cup flour -1/2 cup nondairy milk -Lunch of Salt - thyme, Oregano, ... Add to Taste -> stir together Filling: - 1/2 cup spinach - some mushrooms -1/2 onion (small) - 1 small garlic - 1/2 cup nondairy cream -> heat some oil in cooking Pan, add onion and garlc (minced). Add spinach and mushrooms.
