I’ve figured out that part of the reason I enjoy doing challenging things requiring a lot of focus is because it forces me into the moment—something I’m constantly trying to improve on.
In this moment, I’m actually saying to myself, “Focus.” I’m thinking about the placement of each hand and finger, my head, engaging my core, gently moving my legs up and out, and finding strength and balance. In these moments I truly feel present and alive. I hope you all can find moments like this, whatever they may look like for you. 🙂
