This morning my alarm went off for the gym, and after developing an irrational fear of deadlifts when I failed on a lift a few weeks back, I've avoided them. I contemplated not going but I pulled up my big girl pants and got them done. I stayed relatively light and stuck with a weight I was confident I could get sets out on with no fails so 70kg it was. Pleased to have got them done and now I can get back to them regularly.
