I am a sweaty mess. This is always how I look after a good workout, and back when I was performing regularly, at the end of a show. 💃🏼 🏃🏼‍♀️ 🏋🏼‍♀️ ⁣ ⁣ Nothing pretty about it. ⁣ ⁣ So let’s talk hydration. I pretty much chug water ALL DAY LONG.💦💦💦⁣ ⁣ And you should be too! ⁣ ⁣ The recommended amount of water for the average person is 8 8oz glasses of water or half a gallon. ⁣ ⁣ BUT- if you’re working out (like I am,) or breastfeeding (like I am,) then you need MORE. ⁣ ⁣ I’m currently doing a 4 week challenge with my gym and they recommend drinking a GALLON of water a day! ⁣ ⁣ Just think how much healthier you’d be if you replaced all the sodas, juices and coffees with water... I dare you you join me. Even if you do it for a week. Try this elevated supine butterfly for a euphoric hip opener and killer butt workout all rolled into one. Begin in the supine butterfly with your knees relaxed out to the sides and soles of your feet together, drawn comfortably near your tailbone. Raise your hips by squeezing your glutes and activating through your outer thighs. Support with your core and let your arms relax wherever they are most comfortable.
