Hearty creamy mushroom soup. Vegan. Sauté chopped garlic and onion. Add torn mushrooms and thyme; five or minutes later, add 6 tablespoons of flour, stir, then four cups of stock. Salt, pepper. (Did I make my own stock? Of course.) Bring to boil, cover, simmer 15 minutes. Add coconut milk. Bring to simmer, serve with parsley garnish. #vegan#mushrooms#soup#creamofmushroom#coconutmilk

Full package of #SimplyPotatoes#HashBrowns, sauteed in half a stick of #butter; 13 #eggs, 8oz #Publix heavy cream, 16oz mild ground #sausage, small white onion chopped and caramelized in the other half stick of butter, one can #Campbells condensed #creamofmushroom#soup, and about 20oz of #Sargento mild #cheddar#cheese... Combine eggs, cream, soup. Bottom layer is hash browns. Add some cheese and half the liquid. Add onions, sausage and more cheese. Rest of liquid, then finish with rest of cheese. I put in fridge overnight, then cooked 350° for 55 minutes. Came out great! Very hearty and filling! This was a first attempt at a #hybrid of several #recipes. I've learned that virtually any combination works, when #cooked at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
