Any of you who know me know that I'm a fan of gin. Unless Bombay Sapphire is the only gin available, a gin and tonic (or straight with a squeeze of lime) is normally my drink of choice.
However, my appreciation for the drink made from juniper berries does not stop at the bar (in fact, my appreciation for juniper berries doesn't stop with gin). Whilst I'll always enjoy chicken or garlic or lemon salt, the sweeter notes of Slow Gin give an enjoyable flavour to meats, salads, or even around the rim of a margarita.
