Looking back only to last summer I was way more cut and in the shape I want to always be in. Being in “shape” and constantly looking the way you want your body to look is however not feasible all the time. Life and work get in the way and sometimes you put on a little bit more than you want... and that’s okay! What motivated you to get back to training hard in the gym? I’m curious? I’m so happy to be back at the gym 5+ days a week again and training for spring/summer travels and fall sends outdoors!
