If you need that extra energy boost anytime in your day, give this a shot! 💙 Ingredients: * 1 cup uncooked white quinoa * 2 cups almond milk * 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder * 3 Tbsp dark brown sugar * Dark chocolate, roughly chopped * Bananas & blueberries for topping (optional) 💙 Instructions: . 1. Rinse quinoa in a fine mesh strainer. 2. Heat almond milk in sauce pan over high heat and add quinoa. Bring to a boil then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Once liquid is absorbed and quinoa is tender, remove from heat and add cocoa powder and dark brown sugar. Stir to combine. 4. Serve each bowl of quinoa with chopped dark chocolate and berries. Das Rezept ist heute sowohl fur den Topf, als auch für eine Küchenmaschine geeignet! In der Story zeig ich euch auch, wie einfach es in der Küchenmaschine zubereitet ist. :) So, die Woche wäre dann auch schon wieder fast geschafft 💪🏼 Morgen haben wir abends Weihnachtsfeier von der Arbeit und dann ist schon Freitag und wieder Wochenende ☺️ Habt ihr schon Pläne?! Geniesst auf jeden Fall den Abend ♥️ —————————————— Rezept für 2 Portionen : - 1 Knoblauchzehe. - 250g Möhren (in Stücken) . - 1 Rote Zwiebel . - 2 EL Tomatenmark . - 50g Frischkäse . - 100g Risottoreis @reishunger . - 15g Öl . - 1 TL Currypulver - 500ml Brühe . - Salz/Pfeffer . Möhren, Knoblauch und Zwiebeln in den Mixtopf geben und ca. 10sek bei Stufe 5 klein mixen. (Für die Zubereitung im Topf die Möhren fein raspeln und den Rest ganz klein schneiden). Reis, Curry und Öl dazugeben und bei 100‘C 5minuten bei Stufe 1 dünsten. Die Brühe, Tomatenmark , Salz/Pfeffer dazugeben und 30-40min bei 100‘C und Stufe 1 garen. Zum Schluss den frischkäse unterrühren - fertig ☺️ ( Im Topf zuerst die Möhren, Zwiebel & Knobi anbraten. Reis , Curry , Öl und Tomatenmark dazu und kurz andünsten. Dann nach und nach bei mittlerer Hitze die Brühe dazugeben bis der Reis gar ist und alles cremig eingekocht ist.
