Week 12 of @chontelduncan #fie#fierce program is coming to a close and be honest motivation is a bit low - to be super honest, this is a regular pattern for me, I go hard and then when it comes to crunch time I cave and lose momentum, almost like I am worried I’m not going to hit my goals so I give up short - self sabotage is a terrible thing! But I haven’t given up completely and I am grateful for that. This week I’ve been doing some self evaluation and I have to say I’m feeling pretty tired - today’s strength circuit session was a real struggle, I didn’t think I would make it to the end, but I pushed through adding in extra rest periods. So my plan for next week is to taper off on some of the workouts to recoup, focus on nutrition and rest then reboot the week after. Tomorrow will be my final fierce session to close out the week, after that I will be remeasuring as I’m curious to see the changes I have achieved over the past 12 weeks - I will keep you posted!
