Whatcha call a turkey the day after Thanksgiving? I call it Lucky!
Okay okay, maybe I’m being a little plucky. But ya remember those naked chicken and turkey legs I prepped the other day? Well here they are in all they’re glory.
I ended up using the @dr_dors_bbq Turkey and Poultry Rub and fired to the smoker to target 225 Fahrenheit.
I threw some cherry wood onto the @fogocharcoal and then I ended up putting my legs into the @charcoalcompanion leg rack.
I smoked these bad boys for a little over 2 hours until the turkey legs reached 175 Fahrenheit. These turned out so amazing.
Now who wants to beg for one of these legs?
