Maintained my #5repmax (yay #texasmethod!) even after multiple inconsistent weeks due to spring break travels and illness. I wish @laaaurennxx and I could workout together everyday 💪🏽 It’s probably better for our bodies that we can’t 😂😂 She motivates me as much I motivate her and we just feed off each other’s energy 🙏🏽🙌🏽 Grateful to have a friend that’s as much of a fitness junkies as I am 👯‍♀️

I've been asked ALOT lately how much cardio I do. Honest answer.... 0. Yup 0. I don't do any cardio. I hate it. I don't even walk on the treadmill. This is 100% lifting weights and not over eating. So for all my ladies out there, lifting won't make you manly. Promise!!!
