This delicious 9 SP meal looks like it took a few pots and pans to make, and some time. It took me about 5 minutes of prep work and another 15 minutes in the airfryer. The veggies (beans/corn on one side ... taters on the other) for the first 5 minutes. Then I added the sausages and cooked for a other 10 minutes ... everything. These are Trader Joe’s garlic chicken sausages and were fantastic! Half slice of TJs 99%FF cracked wheat sourdough bread with ICBINB spread for a total of 9 points.
