Good Morning Folks😃 Thank you for showering your love on my posts ❤️ Love sharing my dessert recipes here as few of you are trying the desserts only and as it’s summer time and difficult for everyone to put on a lot of efforts in the kitchen , even i get that languorous feel all day long 😅 Now let’s mark the recipe 🤩 INGREDIENTS * 1/4 cup (60 grams) unsalted butter * 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chopped( i used Cadbuary dairy milk ) * 1/2 cup (60 grams) powdered sugar * 1 large egg * 1 egg yolk * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract * 1/4 cup (32 grams) all-purpose flour * 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso powder optional( i am a coffee freak so i add espresso in most of my deserts) INSTRUCTIONS * Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray two 6-ounce ramekins well with nonstick cooking spray and place on a baking sheet. Set aside. * Add the butter and chocolate to a large microwave safe bowl and microwave in 20-30 seconds, making sure to stir well after each increment, until melted and smooth. Remove from the microwave and whisk in the powdered sugar until well combined, then add in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until fully combined. * Add in the flour and espresso powder and mix until just combined, making sure not to over mix the batter. Evenly divide the batter between the two prepared ramekins. * Bake at 425° for 12-14 minutes or until the edges are firm and the center is slightly soft. Remove from the oven and allow to stand for 1 minute. Carefully invert each ramekin onto a small plate, serve, and enjoy! 💝 ( I ordered Ramekins from Amazon.in ) #chocolava#chocolate#baking#myrecipes#dessertporn#dessertrecipe#nagpurfoodie#nagpurdiaries#homecook#chefathome#nagpurblogger#nagpurfoodies#aligarhdiaries#delhifood#india#indians#cookingvideo#cookinggram#instafood#sslurped

trying out new Japanese don recipes from a book I brought back from Tokyo👩🏻‍🍳 Gyu-don: beef, onion, and egg; an classic that is easy to make, but hard to make well. Take from this recipe is using the back of the knife to tenderize the beef, need another try to perfect the amount of dashi used 🥩 . . . #don#gyudon#beefandegg#japanesecomfortfood#nomnom#cookingathome#vancouver#yvrfoodie#chefathome#weeknightdinnerprojects
