The way I, Queeneth likes it and I hope you do too😊. This traditional Indian pastry is mainly prepared with mashed potatoes, spiced vegetables or meat, fried in oil or ghee(clarified butter). However, there are no restrictions to cooking as long as it’s tasty to you! Feel free to use your preferred combination.
Dough: Add flour, vegetable oil, salt and 1/4 cup of water one at a time. Combine and knead until smooth. Set aside and prepare the filling.
Kneading: the result should be a thin sheet of dough. This would reduce the thickness when fried and also guarantee a less chewy samosa. -—————————————————————
Flour mix: simply flour dissolved in water. Primarily used to secure the outer edges of the wrap. You can use water as an alternative.
Filling: please feel free to use your choice of meat. You can also add your choice of vegetables and spices. Although my combination was superb!!! Enjoy your samosa —————————————————————
