💡TUESDAY TIP💡 —————————— CHALLENGE YOURSELF • If there’s an exercise that you don’t like, it’s probably because it’s hard. • 2 things that used to be extremely hard for me: 1. Pull ups 2. Hanging leg raises • I used to never do these 2 exercises because they were so hard that they made me feel weak...if that makes sense. • But then I started to (and still) do 50 pull ups before every workout & 10 hanging leg raises before I leave the gym. • TODAY I DID BOTH TOGETHER AND IT WAS SUPER HARD BUT IT FELT SO GOOD [not the best form, still working on it, gotta loosen up the hip flexors] • Honestly challenging myself makes the gym more fun for me. I have something to work towards and that’s what pushes me to keep going. • Keep working hard & you’ll not only see the results, you’ll feel them 💪🏻 it’s time to get comfortable with the uncomfortable. • ***I use the assisted pull up machine, and usually do 20 pull ups followed by 3x10, decreasing the assisted weight each set. ⁣💪🏻💦 4 Weeks down !! It’s crazy how time flies once you make healthy habits and dedicate yourself!! Every single week gets easier as you get stronger both mentally and physically ! You won’t be motivated every single day, but when you commit yourself , learn to enjoy the journey , and surround yourself with positivity (Like a workout tribe ! ) you WILL start to see results ✅⠀ ⠀ Starting Week 5 down 9 lbs and stoked to be seeing marginal changes 🤙🏻😈 Successfully lost just over 2 lbs each week and I am seeing some tone in my Abs , Booty, & Legs !⠀ ⠀ Goals for the next couple weeks are to start toning up my arms by doubling up on arm workouts and by doing a 10 min ab blast every day ! I have never once in my life had abs so that is something I am challenging myself to achieve !
