Grateful to still sweat for a bit and get my heart rate up before I sit on a flight for multiple hours. Hard not to be pretty stoked because FLORIDA here we come!!
I’m trying to keep it real with y’all but it’s hard sometimes. You get caught up in only showing the glam life to Instagram and you leave out all your struggles. If there’s anything I want to do with my social media is to be REAL! I want to post about my struggles! I want to share my bad days and good. On days I give plasma I don’t workout. I’m still in the learning process of how to put myself first. I get so tired sometimes I fall asleep by accident, yes accident, and miss my workout.

Day 53/80 Doesn't everybody start their weekend with leg day?!?! Yea, I didn't want to either. My legs were legit giving out during the last round. Like I was straight lookin like a crazy woman hitting my quads and yelling at them to keep going 🤪 you know, that moment you go to jump and you can't physically get off the ground. Thank God I workout at home! People at the gym be runnin the other way!
