I could never wear that."⁣ ⁣ And then without wasting any time, the thoughts of unworthiness start flooding in and you start comparing your body to theirs:⁣ ⁣ "Am I the biggest one here?"⁣ "Am I thin enough to be wearing this?"⁣ "How does my body compare to everyone else's?"⁣ "I workout too. Why can't I have a stomach like hers?"⁣ "There must be something wrong with me."⁣ "I need to diet harder."⁣ ⁣ Is this game now sounding familiar?⁣ Have you ever played before?⁣ Sad part is, you've probably played this game more than you think without even realizing it. #GUILTY⁣ ⁣ But here's the truth that this game fails to have you realize👇⁣ 1️⃣ people on social media usually post their best photos. #GUILTYAGAIN⁣ 2️⃣ you're making assumptions about the gal when you have NO IDEA how she acquired her shape. High Protein Seitan Recipe🍞 (Save recipe for later) . I know you’ve been wanting to limit and cut down meat from your diet which is why I wanted to share this recipe. . Seitan is a soy-free meat replacement that has the look and texture similar to meat when cooked. . You can find Seitan as staples in many asian, buddhist and vegetarian dishes. . Personally I love seitan especially making it at home where I can create whatever flavor I want and make sure there are no preservatives or too much sodium added. . INGREDIENTS . Dough: 👉🏼1 cup vital wheat gluten 👉🏼1/4 cup chickpea flour 👉🏼1 cup water Broth: 👉🏼4 cups low sodium vegetable broth 👉🏼1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce 👉🏼2 tbs vegan Worcester sauce 👉🏼1 tsp dried thyme 👉🏼1/2 tsp onion powder 👉🏼1/2 tsp garlic powder 👉🏼1/2 tsp black pepper . Directions: . 1️⃣Stir together vital wheat gluten and chickpea flour in medium bowl. Add water and stir together to form dough. . 2️⃣Transfer dough to flat surface and knead for 5 minutes. Allow dough to rise for 5 minutes. . 3️⃣ While dough rests, place all broth ingredients into a big pot and place on high heat until it comes to a boil. Once boiling lower to a simmer. . 4️⃣ Cut dough into 4 pieces, Or smaller if you prefer. And add dough to the broth. . 5️⃣Allow the broth to simmer for an hour uncovered. Watch close to make sure broth stays at a simmer. . 6️⃣ Remove from heat and let cool. Once cool use immediately or store in the broth in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze. .
