I have begun a new playlist on my YouTube channel in which I explain the routines/templates I write for my trainees. The videos are going to be Raw, unscripted and there is a lot of talk about designing templates, sequence of exercises, sets and reps, progression schemes, training to failure, Rest-Paused sets, drop sets, super sets, training methods, cues and tips for certain exercises and more. __ @coast.stallone @liftingbells @febrile_fantasies @binayak.gupta94 @rohit.gupta93 @diipenkochaa @strongdoct __ #rhinomight #wor#wor#workoute #workingout #workout #workoutprogram #workoutplan #workoutroutine #workouts #trainingplan #trainingroutine #trainingday #strengthtraining #maximalstrength #hypertrophy #mus#musclegain> #musclegain #pumpingiron #powerlifting #bod#bodybuildinglife #bodybuilding

🔥Up your training intensity 🔥 - Follow @fashion.fitness.mood ! - When you train, there has to be a level of intensity to it that ensures you are getting the best bang for your buck. In order to make progress, you need to bring the intensity. It's that simple. Not every workout has to be your max, but there is a level of intensity that inherently has to be present for results to occur. Two strategies that can help bring that intensity and even get you through a plateau include: drop sets which are typically used by body builders as a way to add some extra volume to the muscles being worked. It involves doing your first two or three sets as normal, then doing a drop set on your last set where you drop the weight incrementally two times. Though there are different percentages of weight drops that people say are most effective, I'd suggest finding your own preference through experimentation. Another strategy is supersets which pair two exercises working the same muscle groups with no rest between them. They are another strategy to really up the volume in your workout. Both strategies, though effective, are taxing so I wouldn't do them all the time and not on every exercise. Which strategies do you use to increase your workout intensity?
