Buenas buenas últimamente hemos estado perdidos ,mucho jaleo por casa y demás ,os dejo las comidas d ayer y hoy 1:merluza en su jugo con guisantes y patata 2: chilii con "carne" lo pongo entre comillas porque no es carne lo sustituí por soja texturizada ,bueno es la primera vez q la pruebo y la verdad a q me gusto a los otros no tanto 🤣me dicen que no tiene nada q ver con la carne picada 🤷🏾‍♀️ ,eso pasa cuando uno quiere comer bien y los otros no 🤦🏾‍♀️ajja pero bueno aquí seguimos ,y no olviden que estas comidas se pueden dar a inicios de la #alimentacioncomplementaria ya saben con sus respectivos alimentos introducidos,eso sí la soja NOOOO está recomendado no en bebidas vegetales ni en su leguminosa ,y el pescado ya saben 2 veces al mes por su alto nivel de mercurio Manita arriba si queremos receta ,en cuanto tengo un poquito. D tiempo edito y la público ,no olviden darle al ❤️❤️ 😚😚
