Are Training regiments and workouts of PRO are good for everyone??? First of all you are not a bodybuilder or an athlete (especially not pro), therefore you cannot train exactly like them. I am talking about the beginners or an average person. Everyone’s body is different. Pro bodybuilders got to that level through years and years of training. So their bodies have built some resistance and became resistant to the tremendous physical and physiological stress exerted on the body. The average fit person will not need the same intensity or volume as a pro, who has been training hardcore for 10-plus years. Professional workouts tend to be extremely high in volume because they have built a tolerance over the years to training. Also, their workouts are highly specialized. For example, in Arnold’s case, he worked his calves in extreme-volume to bring them up to proportion with the rest of his body. Also, many have incredible genetics and some may employ the use of drug enhancements. Acquiring a maximum degree of Super Fitness cannot be accomplished in the beginning phase. You will have to work hard for years at obtaining a Super Fitness through the use of exercise and a proper diet. I remember at about 6 weeks out from my first show this past season, I noticed a significant drop in my strength in all muscle groups EXCEPT for my legs. Oddly, somehow I had maintained the strength in my legs. So even though all my other lifts had decreased in weight, I was still pushing heavy as ever with my squats, leg press, hack squats, etc. I remember every leg day I would get this...mad anxiety, like I was scared for my fucking life. Because I knew what I was capable of, and I knew what I had to do when I got in the gym, but I was so fucking scared of something going wrong. Because the strength had been decreased in literally every other muscle group, why not my legs?! It made no sense to me. Every leg day, leading up to my workout I was scared shitless. Expecting myself to perform beyond my own standards, knowing I had done so the previous week while STILL decreasing calories and increasing cardio. I remember nearly passing out, throwing up, bleeding from places I'd rather not mention 👀 but still. No matter what. When time came to perform, I fucking performed. I got a hint of that anxiety yesterday, and man...I gotta admit...I actually miss it. #legday

💥So I’ve hit the ONE YEAR mark💥 I so wish I would have been lifting a lot sooner because literally one year vs. 10 years makes a huge difference.
