BENCH "I've done it agar!" By 'done it again' I mean 'failed to do it' ... Again 😂 5-1+ ending at 150kg and failing to make the triple and then a tired looking double after. I actually think the bar speed on the first two touch and go reps looks a bit better than a month ago.. But there are all sorts of weird flappijiz and internal rotations trying to creep in. I think I'm probably stronger but very fatigued. Probably won't bench again until next Wednesday or possibly next Friday.
