Friday feeling! 🙌✨ .
Just finished a lovely session with my dancers working on improving turnout for dance - and learning it’s not about gripping or holding but about really understanding how the body is designed to work in order for movement to become effortless, comfortable and healthy. And about understanding the role our mind plays in this too - for tension in the mind can also create tension in the body which can restrict movement! That’s the joy of the Franklin Method - it teaches you so much more than you start out learning and it teaches you to become really in control of your body and to direct your thinking to support your movement!
Which is why Fridays are the best day of the week - healthy bodies and happy minds - what more could you ask for? 💖
