It is so funny how foods we used to hate when we were younger are now some of our favourites now! I can’t list 3 of my top favourite foods atm that I used to hate as a kid; mushrooms, avocado and zucchini!! Yep I know right what the!? . Since starting this health journey I have been trying to learn how to make old favs into health versions, like this friggin tasty whole 30 Bolognese sauce with zucchini noodles. If you have heard my story about how I got onto this journey you would know that last winter all we ate where horrible processed foods, pizza, perogies and pasta! My body was not in a good place. Guys I'm just so happy 😭🥰 I literally just love my life right now. Yes I have work and school and I'm not working out as much as i'd like to be, but I'm so in love with my Husband and I'm so crazy about this little baby inside my belly 😍 2019 is such a crazy year for me. I basically just took this pic of my take home salad just to vent and express that while I may cry because my clothes are starting to not fit me, and I may be eating more ice cream and Doritos than I planned to eat during my pregnancy, but I'm doing really freaking good with life and work and grades.
