What do you get when you combine Reece’s and a cookie? Pure heaven that’s what!🍫🍪 . The sugar free Reece’s cups formed a pool of chocolate peanut butter right on top of my cookie and I couldn’t be happier with the result.🤤 . I’ve altered my recipe a bit to make it more of a cookie texture. I didn’t use baking powder in this and I also added 2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter. The baking powder made the dough rise a little too much and it took on a pancake texture a few times. . I’d say if you want to try this yourself, play around with the recipe until you find your perfect texture. I like mine half baked, but if you want it to be more firm then experiment with it. Here is the general recipe I used for this cookie👇🏼 . Ingredients . - 1 can chickpeas, drained (275g) - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder - 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter - 1 tsp vanilla extract - 2 tbsp sweetener - a pinch of salt - 3 tbsp liquid (milk, water, Walden farms, etc) . In a blender, blend together chickpeas, salt, sweetener, liquid of choice and vanilla extract. Remove contents from blender and fold in protein powder + powdered peanut butter. It should come out thick and pretty dry. Spoon 1/3 recipe into a skillet (mine is 5 inches 1/2” thick) sprayed with non stick spray. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes for a perfect consistency. Top with goodies😋 . Ohmygod 😭😭😭 burnt my pizza!! But god it was delicious #mmm 🤤 I must have put the oven up to high but hey ho I’ll know for next time. Saved both of my #healthyextras for this and used both A choices (30g Parmesan and 40g reduces fat cheddar- both were really strong so I’m going to invest in some mozzarella for next time) I used #hexb for the wrap, 2.5 syns worth of bbq sauce as the tomato purée smelt like vinegar 😷😷 3 syns for 3 slices of salami with speedy onion, pepper and some corn (Free) #yummy
