Here’s todays back workout: 💙 Lat Pull down SS with Cable high row 💙 Lat mid-close grip pull down 💙 one arm DB row 💙 two arm Db row— head braced on bench 💙 seated cable row — close grip 💙 overhead straight arm lat pushdown ..
