Cape grim rib eye steak cooked on the #weberkettle with a touch of hickory smoke. Cooked over @blackpearlcharcoalbbq as always. #hardcorecarnivore black was used exclusively as the seasoning and it didn’t disappoint. Taken off the indirect cook at 130IT and put on the charcoal until 140IT was reached. In future, I’ll remove at 120IT and cook to 135IT then allow to rest.
