Sugar is added to basically every single processed food. Check the ingredients, you will be shocked! Most of us think things taste gross unless they are sweet. Coffee, tea, juice, pasta sauce...you name it, we douce it in sugar. ::
Unfortunately, this habit is wrecking our bodies and overloading it with a toxic substance (yes, refined sugar is a toxin to the body š¬) Our blood sugar is out of whack, our digestion is far from optimal, our weight is out of control, our body is constantly inflamed...it's just a recipe for disaster!

You CAN overcome your sugar addiction though. It takes a little time, some discipline and effort, but the affects you will feel afterward make it 100% worthwhile š ::

I added unsweetened vanilla almond milk, cacao powder, frozen broccoli, frozen banana, peanut butter, cinnamon, collagen peptides powder and topped it with a little gluten free chocolate hazelnut granola (just for the gram) *I don't measure anything. just taste & go.
