There’s a reason I am always happy to get back in my 1990 Miata no matter what car I drive. It’s basic, light, balanced, and built entirely around the driver. It’s these qualities that bring the most enjoyment for me in driving. Not many cars I find hit that mark these days, even a good portion of high end stuff, but this Cayman GT4, though not necessarily basic, is one that does. You get the sense even just sitting in it that it is built entirely for the gratification of the person in the drivers seat, and as or like a real passion project for those that engineered it. From the drivers position everything seems just right. Oh, and the manual gearbox in this is just beautiful! Can’t help but love this thing. It also looks pretty slick in photos :)
