⭐️Just because someone has a lot of likes or followers or has a fit body, does not mean they know what they’re talking about!! ⭐️ . Stranger on the internet telling you your favorite foods are toxic and you need a detox? Probably time to unfollow! . Image by @itsjennaj

PIZZA NIGHT! 🍕 This butternut squash and goat cheese pizza is my favorite topping of all time. The sweetness of the butternut squash mixed with the savory, tangy cheese is the perfect combo. I am a huge fan of topping my pizza with vegetables, are you? I am also a huge fan of using ready-made items such as @caulipowered pizza crust to save time while still packing in quality nutrients. Recipe is up on my blog (link in bio!)😋 • • This week has been a whirlwind! I started my new position and have been training from home. 💁🏻‍♀️ Everyone says to me "working from home is SO easy". Newsflash- it isn't really! While I will have more flexibility in my schedule, there is still a full days worth of work (maybe even more) to be completed each day. I did not meal prep this week thinking I would have time to make lunches and quickly learned that is not the case! Regardless, this is all so exciting and new- I love learning and it is great to be branching out from my normal routine! 🤓 • • What is one challenge you faced this week and how did you embrace it? Hope you have a wonderful Thursday evening! ❤️ • • #dietitian #pizza #cheese #allfoodsfit #nondiet #challenge #embracechange #learning #hearthealth #fuel #carbs #nutrition #nutritionist #thenourishedfork #foodie #phillyfoodie #nourish #rd2be #rdeats #dietitianapproved #recipe #blog #newbegginings

Know what I used to eat almost every day?⁣ ⁣ CHIPS. 🤩😍😍 Lots of them. Specifically kettle chips. Specifically barbecue. 😋😋⁣ ⁣ And it’s not that I never eat them anymore, but when I started eating more nutrient dense and macro friendly foods, they sort of naturally fell by the wayside.⁣ ⁣ But that doesn’t mean I don’t still like them. Ughhh I LOVEEEE CHIPS. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 So you better believe when I find a healthier way to eat “chips” I am allll about that (bonus if if they’re light enough where you can have all of the volume too 😍😍). ⁣ ⁣ Enter: @@cutdacarb wraps. I first heard about these from @lillielovesmacros and her infamous crunch wraps (my clients know that I’m constantly raving about her recipes - if you haven’t already, make sure to follow her and check out her blog for tons of healthy and family friendly meal inspo!). So yes. These wraps only have 4 ingredients, less than 100 calories and are amazing as an actual wrap OR... as “chips”. You just cut them up, spray with a little bit of healthy cooking spray and bake @ 425 for about 8-10 minutes. 😋😋⁣ ⁣ 👆🏼This bowl has been my favorite high carb day combo for the last few weeks - @traderjoes organic jasmine rice, turkey taco meat, chopped greens blend, cottage cheese, salsa, and one Cut da Carb wrap made into chips to scoop it all up with. My lanta. 🤤🤤⁣ ⁣ Have you found a healthier substitute for some junkier food (maybe even a favorite) that is now your go-to!?? If so SHARE the goods 👇🏼👇🏼 - friends don’t keep secrets from friends. 😉😘⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ .⁣ #ricebowls #tacobowl #proteinpacked #highproteinlowcarb #paleo #eatforhealth #eatforabs #foodisfuel #bodyfuel #eattoheal #healthycarbs #bowlofgoodness #guthealth #precisionnutrition #healthymindset #womeninfitness #womenstrength #wellnesslifestyle #flexibledietinglifestyle #macrohack #wellnesscommunity #functionalnutrition #onlinenutrition #onlinenutritioncoach #allfoodsfit #eatwellfeelwell #nutritionmatters #veggiebowl #simpleingredients #mindfuleating

Cooking a delicious nutritious meal doesn’t have to take a lot of effort. Would you guess that this whole meal took virtually NO effort and less than 20 minutes? How?👇🏼 . FROZEN! My tip for you is to keep your freezer stocked with easy sides such as an array of vegetables, brown rice and quinoa. Also, having some lean protein options such as turkey burgers, turkey meatballs, shrimp or fully cooked chicken breasts in the freezer come in handy for days your in a pinch or simply forgot to take something out to defrost (anyone else do this multiple times a week? 😂🙋🏼‍♀️) . Pictured is @traderjoes turkey meatballs and cauliflower gnocchi topped with basil garlic tomato sauce and parmesan cheese 😊 . What’s your favorite frozen item to keep stocked? ______________ #nutritionist #ditchthediet #eatyourcolors #rd2be #dietitianapproved #all#allfoodsfit #dietitiansofinstagram #nutritionalblonde #eatwellfeelwell #dietitianeats #allfoodsfit #eatbetternotless #liveauthentic #eeeeeats #smartfoodchoices #healthyfood #healthyeating #healthylifestyle #healthymeal #eattherainbow #plantbased

I love empowering busy people with food & lifestyle solutions that make it easy to eat well and live more happily & healthfully. 😊 This topic comes up a lot with my clients: Should you go for full fat or nonfat Greek yogurt?⠀ .⠀ I'm less concerned about saturated fats from dairy foods than I once was and I now believe these fats are more neutral than we once thought. However, I believe monounsaturated fats, which are found in nuts, avocados, and olives (and their butters & oils) are beneficial to your mind and body. 🥑 I'll take something with health-supporting benefits over something neutral any day—especially because these foods bring flavor to meals as well!💫 . Even if you're trying to lose weight, fats give foods staying power (read: You'll feel fuller longer.). If you're choosing Greek yogurt, I think it's healthiest to choose a nonfat version and add more beneficial fats--like a nutty topping or a dollop of nut butter. Or consider a savory yogurt, with olives and tomatoes. 🍅 That said, I'm not opposed to full fat Greek yogurt, especially when used as a condiment for other foods (think: Tzaziki, stirred into a soup, or to top a baked potato). 🥔⠀ .⠀ When it comes to sustainable healthy habits, it's about finding the foods that bring enjoyment as well as health benefits, so sometimes certain eating occasions may call for different options! As a main meal, I'd go for nonfat yogurt and add healthier fats, but as a condiment, you might want the full fat version. There isn’t always a straightforward answer!🤷‍♀️ ⠀ .⠀ 👉What do you guys think about full fat or nonfat Greek yogurt?
