Well.....I’ve been a little MIA lately because of finals, but I’ve still managed to get my workouts in each day and stick to my nutritional goals! I normally workout 5-6x a week but I’ve only really been going 4-5x since finals because I like to get to the library early to study, so sometimes I skip a morning workout if I’m too tired and then I get more studying time! I also CANNOT go to the gym at night...I hate the crowds and I’m always ready for bed by the time I get there 🤷🏼♀️.
Anyways, I hope everyone’s past few weeks of school (or just life in general) have been treating you well! Try and limit the amount of snacking you do if you are in the midst of finals...as hard as that may be 😜. Keep working towards your goals 🏃🏼♀️
