Happy weekend!😊 My tastebuds were missing oats this week after all the smoothies so instead of making porridge why not make overnight oats instead?! Just add your favourite plant milk to a bowl of oats, a tbs of chia seed and a drop of vanilla. Sweeten with a little maple syrup and leave to soak. Voila! Top with all your favourite goodies and of course lots of peanut butter😜 Have a great day! Lots of love😘

Let me tell you one thing that I as a coach really embody. - 🙈I don’t care how much you weigh. I care about how you LOOK and FEEL. Of course weight play a role in that but hey, I honestly don’t care about how you weigh as long as you look and feel great!!!🐣 - And if you’re not happy about it, let’s work on it!! Let’s work on it properly. Don’t pay attention to anything on the left side of the graph. Nobody cares about weight that’s from poop or pee or bodily fluids that you retain because you’re eating carbs and salt. You need those and shouldn’t cut back on carbs and salt just to lose weight. That’s dumb. It’s water and glycogen weight. Nobody cares about that. - Oh and cutting of a limb, that’d be incredibly dumb too. - Focus on losing fat PROPERLY. Be in a caloric deficit, strength train and use cardio as a tool. Eating adequate protein is important too. If you do these 4 things and you really stick to it and you add time to the equation. I started my morning with a CHAGA LATTE. I've been reading about the health benefits of adaptogenic mushrooms and thought I'd give them a try. Fortunately, I live close to @mountainroseherbs mercantile, so I got some chaga powder and adapted this recipe (no pun intended) for this delicious adaptogenic beverage. Here's how I made it 👇 . I find that when I’m building a packed lunch I think a lot more about the different components going into it. I’m trying to make the bulk of my meals greens and vegetables, so this was loads of leafy greens, edamame beans for that protein and satiation, leftover pasta sauce, alfalfa sprouts and some rice pasta that was not pictured 🙌🏻 Missing some healthy fats here but can’t afford that avocado life on a daily basis 😭 This is the sort of meal that leaves me feeling really satisfied and full ✨
