I’ve spent a lot of time going on random adventures this summer, and the vast majority of them have included my camera. I could spend entire days just looking through and editing the photographs I’ve taken—actually, correction, I have done that a lot recently. I love feeling like I’m making progress, like I’m improving. There’s something about having a camera that makes my iPhone photography feel amateurish. I love learning new tricks of the trade, but I just can’t wait until I can travel the world and create. Until then, I’ll work with the subtle beauty I’ve got in the Blue Ridge Mountains—this is one of my favorite shots so far!
