It's the last week of this program and I really wanted to able to say I deadlifted 2x my bodyweight. I was mentally checked out after this so I didn't do anything else productive at the gym πŸ˜‚ Next 2 weeks will be 'rest', meaning I'll do whatever sounds fun in the moment haha. So 245lb deadlift happened yesterday, sadly I couldn't hang on at the top lol. I followed this up with 3x2 at 225, some RDls with 115 and KB swings for cardio.
