Then end with a 15 minute stairmaster banded side kicks and kickbacks superset session on your next posterior chain day! I'm really loving the single leg deadlifts with a band wrapped around the base of a workout bench. In my opinion I think it helps recruit the hamstrings to its full potential as it requires stability in its complete range of motion from start to finish.
