Wasn't feeling the workout today but my body went into auto pilot which ends up kinda being my favorite kind of workout.
By the time you start feeling like your gonna die there's only 5min left.
Dynamic core done. It's crazy how sweaty you get with an ab workout. Only ShaunT could make that happen for me.
Quorn sausage stir fry this eve as I’d inadvertently used up all my quorn pieces...🙈🙄. Tasted pretty good though so not a total disaster! Made my usual random sauce of apple cider vinegar, lime juice, tamari, almond butter, maple syrup, and a little water. Topped it all off with some sesame seeds.... nom nom! 😋. I can’t make it to my usual thurs night Zumba class this eve, so I might have a quick #t25 session with @shaunt instead! Will see how energetic I’m feeling later 😳🤣.... happy Thurs peeps.... nearly the wkend 🙌😄👍!
