People ask me all time what do I when I go to the gym.. 🤨well the answer to that is move my body lol😂☝🏽but I do loads of body weighted exercises. Here is one of my favourites I usually do this routine on my light days as it’s great to gently target muscle groups all over without too much stress & it’s super for stretching all the muscles. Love @trxtraining def my favourite!! @withyourtongueout @coolumfitshed Exercise is the medicine & the youth pill 👌🏾at 50 I’m in the best shape & fitter than I’ve ever been. ✌🏽thanks @anytimefitnessmackay awesome gym:)
