During this session we will be working with the Kriya for a Calm and Open Heart Center and meditation for inner peace utilizing the Chotay Pad Mantra. Using this specific set of yogic exercises, we’ll calm, nourish, and open the heart center—melting away fear, stress, anxiety, and depression. Chanting Sat Narayan, the soothing mantra for inner peace, we’ll invoke the water element of flow to cleanse, build compassion, and nourish inner tranquility. Utilizing loving-kindness meditation, we’ll start within and project outer peace to each other, our loved ones, acquaintances, strangers, all life, and beyond. This session intends to leave you feeling serene energy flowing through you, as you recognize this peace as your truest self.
