From dumb to decent look 😂😂😂🙈🙈🙈. This is my 10 years of NATURAL transformation brief analysis (on public demand)& this is what consistency in workouts & diet (although sometimes I get deviated from healthy diet big time 😝) will do to your body. During these years, I evolved as a better human being filled with self confidence, who is capable of taking quick decisions with no ifs & buts😉. Overall workouts & gymming transformed me not only physically but mentally as well while giving strength to cope up with emotional or any kind of stress. Dumbbells & barbells are the elements on which I could rely on anytime for happiness because these lifeless objects are more simple than complex human beings 🙂. The more you show love & respect towards barbells or dumbbells, the more they give you back in the form of transformation with the bitter truth that you might get injured if you don’t show respect (proper form & technique excluding ego lifting) towards them. During these years, it was just a simple principle of calories IN & calories OUT & understanding the human body’s amazing capabilities of responding to stress, dieting & workouts & handling total energy expenditure (TEE) at cellular level. There was no strict XYZ diet for long run. However, I admit that I tried every diet just to see what is sustainable in the long run.
So guys, make sure to include workouts as a part of your daily activities (even if you are not doing strict dieting)
