The spicy nose starts with being savory and leads into an array of fresh raspberry, brambleberry, and marionberry. Finely pronounced tannins combine with layers of fresh elderberry and a great balance of acid are folded into razor focused tannins which has the palate finishing with class.

For whatever reason, this shot didn’t load in the last batch. Seven Stills has an awesome selection of whiskeys each inspired by the seven hills of San Francisco. Definitely worth a visit if you have a free afternoon!
