I just want you to know that IT can be done. After having my girls, gaining 70 lbs, being 5 feet around, and having diastasis recti that abs were impossible. At first I was ok with that, having two beautiful babies....but then my insecurities began to settle in. I didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. My lack of confidence began to affect my relationship and my overall happiness. I decided I was gonna TRY and lose the baby weight. I began walking each day with my twins in the stroller and my 3 year old on his bike. I was patient but also persistent and had GOALS to change and feel good! Flash forward to when my girls were 5, my tummy was back to normal! It took time, determination, and consistency but I’ve never been healthier or felt better. I wanted to share because if I would have seen something like this sooner I would have known what is possible! We got this Momma and you can do anything!!
