With taper week upon us, our focus shifts to coming into race day feeling as good as possible as possible. We use several different methods for recovery after long runs, such as eating within 30 minutes of finishing, foam rolling, walking (active recovery), and recently these @oofos sandals. They have been super nice and comfortable to wear after changing out of our running shoes.
